Land Claiming
Land claiming is an essential feature of the JustForFun server, allowing players to protect their builds and resources. This guide will walk you through the process of claiming land and managing your territory.
How to Claim Land
- Choose your location: Find an unclaimed area where you want to build.
- Use the claim tool: Right-click with a golden shovel to select the first corner of your claim.
- Define your claim: Move to the opposite corner and left-click to complete your selection.
- Confirm the claim: Type /claim in the chat to finalize your land claim.
Claim Limitations
- New players start with 500 claim blocks.
- You earn more claim blocks by playing on the server (1 block per minute).
- The maximum claim size is 100x100 blocks.
- Claims must be at least 10x10 blocks.
Managing Your Claims

| /trust [player] | Give another player permission to build in your claim |
| /untrust [player] | Remove a player's permission to build in your claim |
| /abandonclaim | Remove the claim you're standing in |
| /claimlist | View a list of all your claims |
Tip
Use /visualizeclaim to see the boundaries of your claim. This helps ensure you've protected all of your builds.
Claim Flags
You can customize various settings within your claim using flags. Here are some useful flags:
- pvp: Allow or disallow PvP within your claim
- explosions: Enable or disable explosions in your claim
- mobspawning: Control mob spawning in your claim
- firespread: Enable or disable fire spread
To set a flag, use the command: /claimflag [flag] [true/false]
